For a long time now we have been using affirmations as part of our daily personal development routine, but we would notice how easy it was to stray from our new good habits if we were too busy and before I knew it a couple of weeks had gone by without reciting any affirmations. So we came up with the idea of having recordings of our affirmations, so that on those really busy days, we can just press play and with Mind Elevator you can too. If you can find the time, as you listen to the affirmations playing, also say the affirmations out loud, if you can do this in front of a mirror then that s even better! If you really don t have the time, then just press play and listen as you walk the dog, while you wait for the kettle to boil, while getting dressed or in the car or even as you go to sleep. This app is a recording of affirmations, these are designed to be listened to and recited while you are completely aware and conscious, so you can listen to these anytime any place, please note this is NOT a meditation app, however we do have many meditation apps available, so please check out our app store to see what we have on offer.
